Tollywood star Allu Arjun, one of the top talents in the south Indian cinema industry, will premiere his film "Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo" on Valentine's Day. The directors had earlier agreed that the film will be released in Hindi in cinemas for the north Indian market, however, the release was cancelled owing to some issues, However, the film will now be broadcast on television for the North Indian audience.
Following the success of Pushpa: The Rise, Allu Arjun was recognized by millions of north Indian fans, as the film grossed approximately 100 crores in the north Indian market alone, and more than 350 crores worldwide. As a result of Allu's fan base, the makers decided to release Ala Vaiunthapurramuloo in Hindi.
The filmmakers of Allu Arjun and Pooja Hegde's Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo unveiled the movie's second Hindi trailer today, on Feb 1st, The first trailer was released two days ago by Goldmines. The Hindi version of the film will be released on Feb 13, 2022. After a great storm of controversy, the premiere date has been set. The film's Hindi release into theaters has already been canceled.
Bollywood artist Kartik Aaryan vowed to leave out of Shehzada, the official Hindi retelling of Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo, prompting speculations that the release was cancelled. Yet, the filmmakers eventually denied all of these rumors, claiming that Kartik Aaryan had nothing to do with the film's postponement.
Pooja Hegde and Tabu star as the lead lady roles in Trivikram Srinivas' film. Allu Arjun's father, filmmaker Allu Aravind, is a supporter of the film. The film has several supporting casts including Harsha Vardhan, Nivetha Pethuraj, Murali Sharma, Samuthirakani, Navdeep, and more.
The movie is about the life of Bantu aka Allu Arjun, a guy who feels ignored and degraded by his dad. He discovers eventually that he had been exchanged as a newborn and that his real dad is a successful businessman.
The movie was released in 2020, and it became the year's top Tollywood film. The film earned more than 250 crores and was made up of a budget of 100 crores. The movie got a tremendous rating of 7.4 on IMDb. The cast of the movie commemorated the movie's second anniversary with some retro photos just several weeks ago.
